TOTG is a gaming industry recruitment and commercial growth consultancy. We act as a data controller under UK GDPR for personal data processed via this website, emails, LinkedIn, and services.​

Data We Collect

• Candidates: Name, email, phone, CV, work history, skills, references.
• Clients/Partners: Name, email, company, role, BD details.
• Visitors: IP address, browser data (cookies for analytics).
  Sources: Directly from you, LinkedIn, referrals.

How We Use Data

• Recruitment: Match candidates to roles, intros.
• BD: Networking, GDC showcases, partnerships.
• Site: Improve user experience, analytics.
  Legal basis: Legitimate interests (hiring/BD); consent (marketing); contract (placements).

Sharing Data
With clients for placements, cloud storage (e.g., Google Workspace, encrypted), advisors (accountants). No sales to third parties. UK/EU only—no international transfers.​

Retention
Candidates: 12 months post-placement or rejection (or longer with consent). Clients: Duration of relationship + 6 years (legal). Delete when no longer needed.​
